The Town of Cross City is proud to offer water, sewer, and garbage pick up to its residents. These services are all paid for through your Utility Bill. It is the mission of the city to provide accurate utility bills in a timely manner to our residents. The Operations of the Utility Department are under the operation of City Manager, John Driggers.

Paying your utility bill:
Utility Bills are due on the 1st of each month. Utility Bills are late after the 15th, after that the late fee is 10% of your utility bill. there will be a $50 fee for re-connection of services.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, check and money order are forms accepted when paying your utility bill. You may use our dropbox or lobby service when paying your bill or mail your payment to: PO Box 417, Cross City FL 32628.
